Marion is the Director of MMA Assessment and Development Ltd. She is an Occupational Psychologist (Chartered) with 25 years’ experience (BPS & HCPC Registered).
As an independent consultant, she has experience working with a variety of roles and functional areas from Chief Executives through to entry level roles and working in both Private and Public sectors.
She has managed projects, supported clients through fixed term contract/interim roles and acted as an associate for other consultancies.
Marion’s Masters dissertation was on the issues of reliability and validity and has excellent knowledge of reliability and validity during design and post-analysis.
Her passion is designing bespoke selection exercises such as work simulations, roleplays, in-trays, case studies, interviews (e.g. competency-based, strength-based, motivations and values), presentations, group exercises etc.
